With rather limited resources we have in last year successfully implemented at least 7 comprehensive solutions for higher management; 6 special business analyses based on massive data for large scale innovation-driven projects or workflow revamp; at least 5 analyses provided for marketing campaigns; many tools developed for customers from different departments; system diagnosis or data cleaning/re-structuring for 3 major primary data units; various ad hoc queries solved; both customer satisfaction and supplier cooperation efficiency are much higher above the average of the organization. - also a reason for the position to be senior although the years of experiences are not necessarily long.
